Mr. Williams Has been in the industry for over 20 years and brings a specified set of management skills that assist in leading the board. His understanding of multiple markets and various property type are top tier. Mr. Williams has and MBA in this space and we are excited to welcome him as part of our team.    

Ben Has been in the industry for over 20 years and brings a unique set of financing and management skills. His understanding of multiple markets and various property type are top tier. Ben heads our debt and structured finance team. In this role, Ben is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing multi-family acquisition and development transactions.    

    Kimberley is a strategic impact consultant, public affairs strategist and licensed insurance agent. She builds Bridges for high profile stakeholders in America and Africa. She is a leading authority connecting corporations, and community entities to foster economic development, diversity, equity inclusion, and international relations. Kimberley has a master's degree in organizational leadership and Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Kimberley is a veteran having served in the United States Air Force for 10 years

Elyse serves as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the management team. She has an undergraduate degree from Mercer University and is proficient in US and Global markets

Gary is primarily focused on managing the development and execution of data, research, and model development focused on bridging portfolio company expertise with a measured, data-driven foundation to support decision-making. He earned his degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University.
